PenAttention is a simple but effective Windows tool that highlights your mouse cursor when doing presentations.

It is a little clunky in HiDPI displays and primarily designed to be used with a pen, but works fine with a conventional mouse (it’s just not the default setting).

(There is also MouseLight if you want something you can compile and tweak yourself.)
