Rui CarmoCorripio is a Mac OS X application that automatically retrieves cover art for tracks in your iTunes music library. I have yet to verify if it handles MP3 ID3 tagging correctly, but most likely it doesn't need to - provided it passes the artwork correctly to iTunes, it will get added to the ID3 tags if you export the tracks from it.
