Rui CarmoCorripio is a Mac OS X application that automatically retrieves cover art for tracks in your iTunes music library. I have yet to verify if it handles MP3 ID3 tagging correctly, but most likely it doesn’t need to—provided it passes the artwork correctly to iTunes, it will get added to the ID3 tags if you export the tracks from it.
