AddressX

AddressX is a free Mac OS X Address Book add-in that allows you to transparently query an Exchange Server's Global Address List:

It relies on WebDAV support being enabled on the server and provides contact synchronization for offline work (contacts are added to an "Exchange Contacts" group).
