PlayFair allows you to remove the DRM data from AAC files. About the only thing that can stop them being sued into atomic dust by Apple is the fact that you have to be the authorized owner of the files.

Still, this is causing a hell of a stir, and already got them booted off SourceForge - they are now known as Hymn.
