Rui CarmoiGTD is yet another GTD application for Mac OS X that seems to be doing most things right: integration with iCal, Quicksilver, very fast data input, etc.
My only wish so far is that the icons and color schemes had a more Aqua-ish look and feel. Yellow and brown is kind of jarring.
