Fire back at Yahoo!

Yep. Fire 0.32.f can log in to Yahoo servers again, which means I can ditch their hideous client. Of course, all hell will come loose again in a couple of weeks as MSN locks down their service as well, and there's no guarantee Yahoo won't change the protocol again... Oh well.

gets IrDA, Loses Firewire, Gets Silver

Via The Register, it looks like the new chassis has hit Europe. It dumps the old Firewire port in favour of a window for the improved DVD remote control, and will apparently be available with a silver finish (beats spray-painting it, like one of my friends did to his Xbox...)
