Keynote

Keynote is a presentation tool originally developed at the behest of Steve Jobs himself, sporting Quartz-based transitions and effects.

Besides importing PowerPoint presentations, it also exports to PowerPoint, PDF and QuickTime and has an open, XML-based file format.
